Understanding Stock Control
MSATS software has developed its own stock control system module for use within the small business environment. However, recognising the importance of Stock Control for many business, MSATS provides an open interface for seamless integration into existing Stock Control Systems.
(MSATS software integrates into the DATASYM Stockade package for TEC machine users.)

MSATS Products
MSASoftware offers two products, MSATS and MSATS Lite.
- MSATS Lite offers true value for money for businesses requiring a non feature rich EPOS point-of-sale application.
- MSATS is an extension of the MSATS Lite product to provide a full feature rich product including a number of modules not available on MSATS Lite.
Detailed and Accurate Information
MSATS system provides the user with detailed, accurate and instant information. Reports are concise and complete, giving the management vital information on daily and past information. We at MSATS recognise the changing requirements of reports and are therefore constantly developing reports to become available to MSATS product users.
There is already a comprehensive library of reports available which include hourly sales, profit and cost, sales by department, customer analysis, account analysis, top and worst sellers, comparison reports, operator reports plus many more.
These reports are available per terminal or offered in a comprehensive consolidated Back office environment for multi terminal sites.

The Danes (Direct and Network Edi System) module will enable the CES software to truly communicate with other CES software worldwide, as well as transfer information to and from a head office or regional offices. In addition the Danes module allows the sending and confirmation of orders to any supplier with automatic invoice printing and notification of an order being dispatched and the date it is due.
The integration of Danes and CES is seamless so the user does not have to manually do anything.

Aims
To ensure that a busy restaurant provides the highest quality of service possible guaranteeing satisfied customers and therefore increased revenue.
How is this achieved?
By providing the Maitre d’ with an over-view of a restaurant with the aid of a ‘graphical representation’ of the restaurant from which the status of any table can be monitored with the simple click of a button.

- To allow Graphical representation of eating areas created as a Template (individual rooms, or large open rooms are catered for).
- To configure the status of a table plus allow how much time is given to each course before a warning is given.
- Coloured table indicator to represent the stage of a meal.
- Flashing table indicating a potential problem with that table.

- Waiter/Waitress is able to update the Table Planner to the current status of the table.
